WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?
Exxale is based in Sydney, Australia. Currently, we only operate online but if you need something urgent, we can accept order pick-ups. Email us at hello@exxale.com.au before placing your order for this option. 

ARE YOUR CRYSTALS ETHICALLY SOURCED?
Yes. All our crystals are ethically and sustainably sourced from Brazil, Africa, India, and Australia, and are individually chosen and quality checked by our Exxale team.
All our ethically sourced crystals at Exxale have been cleansed and energised, ready for you. 
We suggest that you perform your own cleansing ritual to cleanse and charge your new crystals, introducing your own energy and positive intentions. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE OR TREATMENT?
No. We are not medical professionals, and any information on our website is to be used as a guide only and not replace any medication or advice from medical professionals.
