We strive to process and send all orders within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer free standard shipping for all Australian orders over $150.
Orders less than $150:
Ā Ā Ā $12 Standard ShippingĀ  (2-8 business days after dispatch)
Ā Ā Ā $30 Express ShippingĀ  (1-5 business days after dispatch)
The available methods and corresponding rates will be displayed at checkout.

FREE Local Pick up - Dural NSW
Contact us via instagram message or email us at hello@exxale.com.au before placing your order if you would like to pick up your order locally and we can send you instructions on how to finalise your order and the pick up address.Ā 

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.

Note: Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure your parcels make it to their destination as quickly as possible, once the parcels are in the care of the courier company we are not responsible for the delivery. We strongly advise you make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if you have any issues or queries.
