Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are here to assist you in making it right.


Returns Eligibility:
To ensure a smooth return process, pleaseĀ note the following:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition - unused and re-sellable.
  • Returns apply only to full priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Perishable goods andĀ custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned.
  • Flammable liquids cannot be returned for safety reasons.


Damages &Ā Issues:Ā 
Please inspect your order upon receivingĀ and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@exxale.com.au. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note: Consumers are responsible for return and reshipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds:
We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return. If eligible for a refund, youā€™ll be automatically refunded toĀ your original payment method within 10 business days.


Order Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your Exxale order after placement, a $10 cancellation fee will be incurred.
