SAGE can be used to smudge crystals. Smudging your crystals is said to lift all unwanted energies and carry them away, restoring its natural energy.
Directions: Ignite the tip of the Sage, then put out the flame, and wave the smoke around your crystals. Allow the smoke to envelope your crystals for around 30 seconds. As you do this process, think positive intentions, and try to visualise all unwanted energies being lifted.
